CAD's Lineup Is a Season-Long Pilgrimage Into the Gothic Underground

Communion After Dark’s gothic event calendar maps out an entire season of underground music for 2026.

Starting in June with Die Sexual taking the stage twice in quick succession, the lineup builds through summer and fall, weaving between intimate venues like New World and The Orpheum. By July, a full Gothic Dance Party takes over New World Tampa, and September brings the legendary industrial act Nitzer Ebb to two cities back to back. The autumn crescendo peaks with Absolution Fest 2026, a three-day event in October, before the year closes out in November with Ghost Bells and company rattling the walls of New World Tampa one last time — a full pilgrimage for anyone who lives for the darker side of the dancefloor.
